The
creative winners of the “Sixes Fun Website Competition” were
presented with their prizes today by Hong Kong Sixes Tournament
Director, Mark Burns.
Contestants
in the competition held to launch the Hong Kong Sixes new
website www.hksixes.com had
to answer a Sixes related question and come up with a scintillating
sequence to complete the sentence, “I love the Hong Kong
Cricket Sixes because..."
Mr
Sudhir Sundararaju, a big fan of Sixes cricket, won the Grand
Prize in the Adult section of “Sixes Fun Website Competition”.
He stated that “I love the Hong Kong Cricket Sixes because
of its high octane, adrenaline pumping action!” Sudhir
fought off the competition against other entrants to bring
home the Grand Prize of two complimentary tickets to the
exclusive “Hong Kong Cricket Sixes Welcome Party”.
The winner in Kids section of the competition was Rais Azad,
a 16-year-old cricketer, affirming Hong Kong Cricket Sixes
is “a fantastic, marvelous, outstanding and extraordinary”
tournament. He received entry for two youngsters to attend
the “Sixes All Stars Junior Coaching Clinic” with some of the
world's top cricketers and the opportunity of being a ball
boy at the Hong Kong Cricket Sixes 2008.
Sixes Tournament Director Mark Burns said, “The Hong Kong Sixes
captures the imagination of cricket fans in Hong Kong and abroad
and it is is wonderful to see that enthusiasm coming through
in the competition entries.”
