Will be posted on Hong Kong Cricket Sixes 2009 official website by 19th Oct, 2009. Winners will be contacted by CCIL office.
Terms and Conditions of Entry
- Entry to the Competition is only open to residents of Hong Kong.
- Employees of the HKCA, CCIL and companies associated with this Competition and their immediate families are ineligible to enter the Competition.
- The Competition commences on Friday 2nd Oct, 2009 and ends at midnight HK time on Sunday 18th Oct, 2009.
- The winners should present their valid identity document for verification when collecting their Prize.
- The winners will be ineligible for their Prize if they cannot be reached within two weeks of the date of the Announcement.
- CCIL is responsible for selecting the winner. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- All disputes regarding your eligibility to enter the Competition or claim a Prize will be resolved by the CCIL at its sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash and must be taken as stated. CCIL reserves the right to offer substitute prizes should this be necessary.
- All entries become the property of CCIL.
- Data may be used by CCIL and Jade Group for promotional purposes.
- All notices sent by you to the CCIL via the website are deemed to be received by CCIL at the time of receipt in the CCIL database, not at the time of transmission by you. CCIL accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected or incomplete entries. CCIL assumes no responsibility for any delay in operation or transmission, communication lines failure, problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, or failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof.
- Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law CCIL is not liable for any losses, damages or costs including indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage, loss of use, revenues, profits, goodwill, bargain or loss of opportunities suffered by any person (whether arising from breach of contract, negligence or any other sort, in equity or otherwise) which relates directly or indirectly to CCIL.
- CCIL's failure to enforce a particular provision of these Terms and Conditions does not constitute waiver of that provision by CCIL.
- Entries should be in either English or Chinese languages only.
